This Returns and Exchanges Policy details your options as to how you can cancel a contract with Jeweltech Sàrl, how you can return your purchase and your rights to a refund or exchange.

All our products are made to measure and made to order by the customer, for this reason no refund is possible except in the event of cancellation within 24 hours of sending the online order. Once the product has been received, complaints are possible for any problem due to serious imperfections in the materials or stones. Claims must be sent with photos attached, within 3 days of receipt of the goods and without having worn the product, otherwise no claim will be considered.

In these latter cases, to cancel the contract and return your product(s), you can contact our Customer Relations Center on

2. Send the photos of the problem within the time indicated. You may be asked at this stage to provide additional information about the product so that we can make an initial assessment of its condition;  Wait for our positive response if the complaint is accepted.
3. You agree a pick-up date with our logistics partner.
4. Please complete the return form contained in the positive response email and sign it.

5. You must include in the packaging the completed return form with the product as well as all of its accessories, the free items you received as part of your order, the Guarantee Card and all other documents, in their original box;

7. On the agreed date, our logistics partner will bring you the prepaid waybill and collect the sealed package.

You must retain proof of the return shipment, and we accept no liability in the event that you are unable to provide such proof. Only goods received by the distribution center of our Jeweltech store will be eligible for a refund or exchange. If you decide to use a logistics partner different from the one provided by us, you will be responsible for any risk of loss or damage to the product during transit until the product is in our possession.

We will verify that the returned product meets the conditions of the  Returns and Exchanges Policy and, if so, we will issue the applicable refund or exchange.
Our products must be returned in new and undamaged condition, undamaged, with all protective materials in place and with any tags and stickers affixed to them (if applicable), along with the box and original Jeweltech packaging, including all accessories and documents. We reserve the right not to accept any returns if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, we may reduce the amount of any refund or exchange applicable accordingly.

All returns will be subject to rigorous Quality Control (“  CQ”) by us to ensure that the returned products comply with these quality requirements. If the products do not meet QC standards, we will refuse the return, and the products will be returned to you. If the returned product meets the QC, we will issue the applicable refund or exchange.

Failure to comply with these Conditions of Sale will give us the right to refuse the returned product and send it back to you, at your expense.

Orders for products which have in any way been custom-tailored to you cannot be canceled and such products cannot be returned to us for exchange or refund. These include products that have been engraved or embossed.

Products that have been opened or whose original seal has been removed cannot be returned to us. The products must be returned to us unused, unopened and with the original seal; otherwise, we will not be able to accept them.

You may return a purchased product for a refund, provided the return complies with these Terms of Sale, in particular (a) the Right to Cancel and (b) the Returns Process above.

In the event that the return complies with these Conditions of Sale, the buyer is in principle reimbursed using the same means of payment as that used by the buyer for the initial transaction, within fourteen (14) days from from the date of receipt of the withdrawal request. However, we may defer the refund until the day of receipt of the product which is the subject of the return or upon receipt of proof of dispatch of the product by the buyer, the date retained being that of the first of these facts. The costs of the initial delivery will be refunded where applicable, unless you have chosen a method other than standard delivery. In this case, additional costs (if applicable) will not be refunded.

If a product is to be returned to the Jeweltech Stores distribution center to be exchanged for a less expensive product, only the purchaser of the returned product will be entitled to a refund of the difference in price.

If a product is returned in order to exchange it for a more expensive product, you will have to pay the price difference via iban which will be sent to you with the invoice by e-mail.
